We discuss Frank’s humble beginnings as a sandwich maker at Blimpie’s and his appreciation of the Modern Jazz scene in the 70’s, hanging at Lu and Charlies.In part two I get to ask him about cooking for the Rolling Stones and he shares his stories of being personal chef for Mr. Bruce Springsteen and we talk about how to cook soft-shell crab.In part three I have the temerity to share my preparation for pan seared black drum, will Chef dig it?Throughout the interview Frank stays on topic, he keeps bringing up the correlation and relation between food and music, also how precious our  culture in New Orleans is
